The BMC Kaius AMP Two is for the gravel purist who wants the best. Shimano EP8 is the smoothest motor in this class — natural pedal response without the occasionally abrupt engagement of Bosch CX. BMC's Tuned Compliance technology makes the carbon frame vertically compliant (gravel comfort) and laterally stiff (efficient power transfer).
SRAM Force XPLR 12-speed with a 10-44 cassette is the premium gravel choice: a single chainring with broad range for both cobbles and steep forest tracks. For many, SRAM AXS wireless shifting feels more luxurious than Shimano cable.
Honest: €5999 versus the Cube Nuroad Hybrid C:62 (€3999) is €2000 more for finish and EP8 motor versus Bosch CX.
